Hamara dil savere ka sunehra jaam hojaye
Chiraghon ki tarhan ankhein jalein jab shaam hojaye

Kabhi tou asman se chand utray jaam hojaye
Tumhare naam ki ik khoobsoorat shaam hojaye

Ajab haalat thi youn dil ka sauda ho gaya aakhir
Mohabbat ki haweli jis tarha neelam hojaye

Samandar ke safar mein is tarah awaaz di hamko
Hawayein tez hon aur kashtiyon mein shaam hojaye

Mujhe maloom hai uska thikana phir kahan hoga
Parinda aasman choone mein jab nakaam hojaye

Ujalay apni yaadoun ke hamare sath rehne do
Na jane kis gali mein zindagi ki shaam hojaye
