Jal utha mein charagh e shub ki tarah
Aaj ki shaam kuch dhali aesi
Koi aaya na dastakain denay

Youn jalaa hu keh kuch bacha he nahi
Ab keh kuch aag he lagi aesi
Aik woh shaks kya gaya hai kais
Saari basti ujhar gayi aesi

لگ گی آنکھ میں جھری ایسی
ہم سے چوٹی ہے وہ گلی ایسی
