Narrated Abu Musa: "That the Prophet said to him 'O Abu Musa! You have been given one of the musical wind-instruments of the family of David.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Virtues of the Qur'an, Volume 6, Book 61, Number 568)"
Kab Aao Ge is certainly the best ghazal of all times. The two fabulous siblings Fateh Ali & Amanat Ali sang it like nobody ever had. This ghazal is the sort of ghazal that touches your heart and makes you cry. The way these two legends sang it is fabulous, the way Fateh Ali handles the harmonies and whatever is left of took care of by Amanat Ali is wonderful. A value listening masterpiece.
You should became acquainted with these live singing of these two of the same ghazal and you will comprehend what ability these fellows had and what extraordinary audience members there were in old ages.
Another expansion to our K.L Saigal's ghazals gathering. Kaun Virane Mein Dekhe Ga Bahar is written by Mirza Ghalib which presumably is one of the best ghazal ever. The way Saigal sang it merits giving tuning in, Enjoy!
Another magnificent old ghazal from the best of all times K.L Saigal. Shukriya Hasti Ka is by the poet; Seemab Akbarabadi, a wonderful spirtual ghazal in which he composed some incredible verses about his relations in the middle of God(Allah) and him.
"Ibn E Mariyam Hua Kare Koi" is from the best writer of all times; Mirza Ghalib, in which he portrays that how frantically he needs Mariyam's(Mary's) child Isa (Jesus) to return in this world again and utilize his energy that God issued him of recuperating to vanish his pains, struggles & discover Ghalib the best approach to lightning. The way K.L Saigal sung it will presumably issue you goosebumps and make you cry thinking about your tough times, needing Jesus(Isa) to return and mend your spirit & scars.
The traditional voiced and the most gifted ghazal craftsman of the old ages sang "Jaag Aur Dekh Zara" a delightful and profound ghazal by the fanciful writer Seemab Akbarabadi. The established music arrangement and K.L Saigal's voice makes it one of the ideal ghazals ever. Previous Ghazal: Jo Beet Chuki So Beet Chuki- K.L Saigal
A social dramatization, created by Internatonal Film Craft Production called "Pujaarin (1936)", and coordinated by Prafulla Ray. The acting credits for this film incorporate KL Saigal, Chandra, Pahadi Sanyal, KC Dey, Rajkumari, Nawab Babulal, Kailash, Jagdeesh, Kedar, Sham Laha. Saigal assumes the part of Jeeband Chowdhuri, a young man whose occupation is to snatch the benefits of other individuals. He weds the girl of a rich family, just with the end goal of getting a ton cash as settlement.
The verses of this melody are by Kidar Sharma, and the music structure is by Timir Baran. This despairing number is soaks with second thoughts on the futilities of life. The artist is advising his own particular self to abstain from speculation and aching for that which is previously.
The melancholy and devastation set forth by the words, is just coordinated with the despairing of the voice of Saigal Saab. The interpretation and the stream couldn't be any easier as in this structure. There are no complexities of music clear, there aren't numerous varieties in the tone and pitch to be taken care of. But, the tenderness of the words couldn't have been communicated any better. The principal lines of the tune, create that inclination in the heart, of listening to somebody who has lost everything in life, and not by any means trust remains. At the point when the voice says the words that the heart is declining even that measure of wine that once used to be a succor, the despondency is by all accounts so absolutely convincing that it is troubling.
In the event that distress could be appreciated, then I would say appreciate this tune – for the sweetest tunes are those that express the agony and lose faith in regards to the heart.
Lyrics:
"Jo beet chuki so beet chuki
Ab uski yaad sataye kiun
Khush rehne wali soorat pe
Chinta ki badli chaaye kiun
Saama kar dil behlaane ka
Pyaale mein dabo de sab chinta
Woh dil jo piyay ja kehta tha
Ab jaam wohi thukraye kiun
Phooloun se jis se nafrat ho
Unki khushboo se wehshat ho
Is dil ki machalnaa adat ho
Phir koi usey behlaaye kiun"

Dil kya thaher gaya keh zamaana thaher
Ya rab nahi mein waakifay rudaade zindagi
Itna he yaad hai keh jiya aur mar gaya

" Jab se bulbul tu ne do tinke liye
Tootati hain bijliyaan in ke liye
Saari duniya keh hain woh, mere sivaa
Mene duniya chour di jin keh liye
Baaghbaan kaliyaan houn halke rung ki
Bhejni hain ik kamsin keh liye
Vasl ka din aur itna mukhtasar
Din ginein jaate they is din keh liye
Albailwa Yaar, a classical Punjabi kalaam by a unknown poet was chosen by Ijaz Hussain Hazravi to sing in a mehfil. Now it might be a little hard for you to understand the whole of it because its all in old Punjabi but its a real classical thing that you'd love to listen.
Most of the Hussain Bakhsh's ghazals are always worth listening because of his way of delivering the verses and his painful voice both are awesome but some of his ghazals like "Hai Dua Yaad Magar Harf E Dua Yaad Nahi" are beyond perfection. Just like the previous ghazal I've uploaded of him, this one is also a example of what you call a perfect ghazal to. I simply love the poetry of it as well, written by Saghar Siddiqui. Its all about the emotions and feelings one has sometimes.
Tujhe kho kar bhi tujhe paon jahaan tak dekhu, a classical masterpiece from the legendary ghazal singer Hussain Baksh. This whole ghazal is an example of what you can call a perfect ghazal to. Hussain Baksh Gullu's extremely sad voice and the poetry might make you a little emotional but i'm sure that you won't be able to leave without downloading this. A perfect example of what you call a perfection to; The singer, composition, tabla, poetry are all at their peak and showed what talent really is. I personally love this ghazal to death! Previous ghazal by Hussain Baksh: Lag gayi aankh mein jhari aesi
Lyrics/Poetry:
Roman Urdu:
Tujhe kho kar bhi tujhe paon jahaan tak dekhu
Husn e yazdaan se tujhe husn e butaan tak dekhu
Tu ne youn dekha hai jaisey kabhi dekha he na tha
Mein tou dil mein tere qadmoun keh nishaan tak dekhu
Dil gaya tha tou yeh ankhein bhi koi le jaata
Mein fakat aik he tasweer kahaan tak dekhu
Sirf is shouk mein puchee hain hazaaroun batein
Mein tera husn teray husn bayaan tak dekhu
Ek haqeekat sahi firdous mein hooroun ka wajood
Husn e insaan se nipatt lu tou wahaan tak dekhu
Ustad Hussain Baksh who is from the Patiala gharana. Patiala is all about classical music. His extraordinary way of delivering the verses will surely make you listen more from him. Enjoy Lag Gayi Aankh Mein Ghazal,a classical masterpiece in MP3 by him.
Poetry/Lyrics:
Roman Urdu:
Lag gayi aankh mein jhari aesi
Hum se chooti hai woh gali aesi
Jal utha mein charagh e shub ki tarah
Aaj ki shaam kuch dhali aesi
Koi aaya na dastakain denay
Ghar taqdeer he na thi aesi
Youn jalaa hu keh kuch bacha he nahi
Ab keh kuch aag he lagi aesi
Aik woh shaks kya gaya hai kais
Saari basti ujhar gayi aesi
Haye kis butt ki mohabbat mein gariftaar haalat hai,Zindagi talkh hui jeenay se bezaar haalat hai, the initial verses of Haye kis but ki mohabbat by K.L Saigal. K.L Saigal was probably a ghazal king, a music legend who left us so early but his music will surely be ever living. As I said in the previous post of Begum Akhtar'sghazal Dewaana Banaana Hai Touthat he was the best ever ghazal artist. Personally, This guy K.L Saigal is my favorite most artist no matter if you talk about modern music or old he's always going to be on the top of my list. Haye kis but ki mohabbat ghazal by him is a real perfection but it's always hard to understand the poetry that K.L Saigal chose to sing. Haye kis but ki mohabbat is kind of a spiritual ghazal that links God in it & the way K.L Saigal sings is worth a million dollars i'm sure, beyond any doubt.

Itna Toota Hoon, sung by Ghulam Ali is totally a perfection i would say.The tabla behind all the music and the composition of this ghazal is simply a perfection and the way Ghulam Ali sings it is worth listening.Ghulam Ali probably is a great singer but this ghazal of him is magicallyawesome.A classical addition to the Urdu ghazals, enjoy listening it and must share your feedback in the comment box below. :)
Lyrics:
Itna toota hoon keh choone se bikhar jaunga
Ab agar aur dua do ge tou mar jaunga
Pooch kar mera pata waqt rayega na karo
Mein tou banjaara hu kiya jaane kidar jaunga
Har taraf dhund hai jugnu hai na chiraagh koi
Kaun pehchaane ga basti mein agar jaunga
Zindagi mein bhi musaafir hu teri kashti ka
Tu jahaan mujh se kahe gi utar jaaunga
Phool reh jayein ge guldaan mein yadoun ki nazar
Mein tu khushboo hoon fizan mein bikhar jaunga
