Teri khabar na aayi zamaana guzar gaya

Hansta hu youn keh hijar ki ratein guzar gaen
Rota hu youn keh lutf e dua e sahar gaya

Ab mujh ko hai karaar tou sab ko karaar hai
Dil kya thaher gaya keh zamaana thaher

Ya rab nahi mein waakifay rudaade zindagi
